Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
